Performance Consultant:
‘To inspire and innovate the world of digital customer engagement for retailers and brands.’ This is what we do at Boxplosive, all day and every day.
So, what’s it like here?
Boxplosive is a marketing-technology company specialising in loyalty and engagement for the retail industry. Here, you’ll find extensive retail experience, IT and creativeness all in the same place. Our distinctive, successful digital engagement programs and campaigns for leading retailers and consumer brands stimulate traffic and conversion, and improve brand engagement and loyalty.
We create memorable experiences, for both online and offline environments, with the help of our promotions, points schemes and rewards. We don’t have a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach, but offer a meaningful, personal experience with which consumers can identify, one where they feel appreciated.
How are you going to do it?
As a Performance Consultant, you like to dig deeply into data and dashboards, as you’re the perfect spotter and can find opportunities for optimization there. You put those optimizations into readily comprehensible data based on analyses, and you work out how clients can benefit from them. This will entail things like creating the right segmentation, drawing up an A/B test plan and introducing an activation campaign. In other words, it’s more than just spotting things. Instead, you turn opportunities into actual results, and report on the outcome, including follow-up actions, if any. You also know how to determine the right metrics so you can steer towards business goals and KPIs, taking the best possible path.
As well as analysing and optimizing the right loyalty strategy, you’ll spend a lot of time with our clients. Together with the customer, you check whether they are on the right track and you advise them to make adjustments where necessary on the basis of the right KPIs. You feed the right insights to the clients, so they can make strategic and tactical decisions, guiding them towards performance maximisation of our loyalty programs and campaigns, every week, every month or every quarter.
As you will meet with major retailers and brands, you can certainly hold your own as regards content – after all, you’re not new to the world of data and digital schemes.
What do you have to offer?
You have solid analytical skills; you are a data leader and strategic thinking is your forte. In addition, you have good digital skills and know your way around conversion optimization and how to report on it. You have a can-do attitude and get things done. You get restless if things are too easy for you. You’re a pioneer.
You can communicate with conviction and you can back up all your advice with data; you know how to enthuse clients. You must have stakeholder management skills.
You are familiar with data and reporting tools, and if you aren’t familiar with a specific tooling, you learn how to use it quickly. Targets are the perfect motivation for you, that’s why you can focus so easily on results.
What will you be doing?
As a Performance Consultant, you’ll have an important part in our company’s expansion. You will write our data and service proposition, focusing on loyalty conversion optimization.
After your induction period, you’ll know all the ins & outs of our digital engagement platform, our white-label app and web. You will also know all the details and special features of the data we collect with them, and the data-driven solutions and services that they generate that our clients use to achieve loyalty conversion optimization.
The degree of customer relevance, interaction and engagement for digital loyalty programs and campaigns is potentially much, much larger than ‘traditional’ loyalty programs and campaigns. You will also put the digital results into readily comprehensible and measurable data. But which activities are most effective, at which point of the customer journey? Which digital channels can we use? Which points-saving mechanisms, promotions and rewards work best for which user group? And which content will increase engagement most?
As a Performance Consultant, you’ll be guiding our clients towards the loyalty programs and campaigns with the highest yields. Your crystal-clear analyses and result-focused optimization are a crucial part of that procedure.
But you won’t have to do it alone. Every week, you’ll spar with your sales colleagues about the results, and how to improve the digital loyalty strategy for the client. You and your sales colleagues will convince your clients of the added value of our proposition, advise them how to use Boxplosive solutions to get the very best results and make suggestions to expand them. You’ll report to one of our two Managing Directors.
In addition, you have:
- At least higher education or equivalent ability (HBO);
- Demonstrable experience in conversion optimization, data analytics and digital schemes;
- Demonstrable experience with data and reporting tooling, segmentation and A/B test tooling;
- A solid focus on KPIs;
- A down-to-earth attitude: you’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting dirty;
- Creative qualities, autonomy and ownership mean a lot to you;
- Preferably, you have an affinity with retail and consumer brands;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
What do we have to offer?
It’s Boxplosive’s ambition to grow considerably in the coming years and we intend to achieve that growth by developing our unique, client-oriented proposition further for the Netherlands’ current retail market and to roll it out into Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. In the market, we stand out because we combine content, technology and data.
We get that you are more than our valued colleague at Boxplosive. You have several roles in life, and like everyone, you have to make choices. We can offer you the option of choosing the employment conditions that are important to you. That includes things like buying extra days of holiday and flexible working hours. How can you arrange it so it works for you and us? You can make the relevant arrangements with your supervisor and colleagues, so that you can adjust your working rhythm to match your personal preferences. It means, of course, that you’ll get a WFH allowance for internet use and a good place to work.
- An innovative company where clients and quality always come first;
- A company with a flat organisational structure, short lines of communication, high levels of knowledge and control over all the expertise;
